Q1. Can I have a sample order ?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. 

Q2.Do you only make rack cases? Do you offer customization?

A：We make a lot of types of flight cases, including DJ cases/ turntable cases/ console cases/record cases/ guitar cases/ TV cases etc. 

Of course, we also support customization, as long as you provide us with drawings for reference.

Q3. What about the lead time?

A:usually it will take 5 to 10 days to process checking and testing then can ship out

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit ?

A: 20pcs.

Q5. How to proceed an order ?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.

Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.

Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo ?

A: Yes. Please inform us when place order.

Q7: How to deal with the faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less

than 0.2%.

If there is problem with the product,  you need to send the picture or the video to us, let us make sure what’s problem about it,if the problem can use the part to solve ,we will offer the replacement for free , or we can discuss the solution according to real situation.
